Provide spiritual, emotional support to a needy minister for six months of their transition. You will become a member of a team of 5-10 people that will be assigned to a wounded shepherd by the Pastoral Advocacy Network.
Responsibilities:
· Commit to support an assigned minister for three months of their transition.
· Commit to pray earnestly for their lives and situation.
· Commit to emailing notes of encouragement and advice.
· Commit to doing random acts of kindness and thoughtfulness on their behalf.
Requirements:
· Be a deeply devoted follower of Jesus Christ who has a heart for hurting ministers.
Display the gifts of hospitality, giving and encouragement.
Have no history of wounding a minister or have repented and made reconciliation with that pastor.
Have an internet connection.
Be able to communicate by written email.

1. Fill out our Application form.
2. Take our NetMender’s online video training course.
3. Get approval from your Pastor to participate as a NetMender.
Remember our ministry in your giving. In addition to the support to your assigned minister an ongoing monthly gift of $ 25 - 100 to the Pastoral Advocacy Network would make it possible to expand the ministry to many more wounded shepherds who are facing the difficulties brought on by forced termination.·

1. Click on "Become a NetMender. Fill out the simple Questionnaire. 2. Click Submit. 3. Wait for Approval from the Pastoral Advocacy Network.

Upon Approval
Login as a NetMender - Use your email address as your User Name. 2. Use your Private Password. 3. Click on the Checkmark to enter.

- View your Personal Profile and edit if you choose. 2. Decide if you want a picture of yourself included (recommended). Click on “Add/Change photo” and upload picture to your webpage.

- Look at the “What to do Next?” box at the right. 2. View the video training materials for NetMenders. Click on “Education" in the menu line and review the lessons in the green column. 3. Get approval from your Pastor to participate.

When you have completed these simple steps, you are ready to go. You will join a team of ten or more people assigned to a pastor in need. We will inform you by email when your six month assignment begins. You can then start emailing and ministering to them.
